Return period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be in the same condition as received
  • the item must be in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • digital products (ebooks, guides, printable calendars)
  • personalized or custom-made products
  • opened seed packages where hygiene or quality may be affected

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was received
  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item is defective

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • processing time: 5–10 business days

If the refund is late or missing, please contact your payment provider first.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase if they have not yet been processed.
