Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all legal transactions concluded on the online store http://www.rozelaflowers.com (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”). Our online store is outsourced and operated by Rozela Sàrl in Switzerland.
Products and Prices Product images used in advertisements, brochures, the online store, etc. are displayed as accurately as possible in the online, are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding. Product information All listed prices include all applicable taxes for Switzerland (including VAT) + a flat order delivery fee. RozelaFlowers reserves the right to modify product and service prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is final. International orders shipping costs are displayed during checkout. For customs reasons, we reserve the right to limit order amounts. The customer is responsible for customs clearance and any additional taxes or duties.
Availability & Delivery Time We strive to provide accurate stock availability and delivery estimates. However, delays may occur due to production or logistical issues. All availability and delivery timeframes are indicative only and subject to change. We inform you by email about any delays.
Delivery Timeframe We aim to deliver all goods within 10 days, though longer delays may occur.
Delivery Method Goods are shipped via Swiss Post Priority Mail.
Customer’s Inspection Duty The customer must inspect delivered goods immediately for accuracy, completeness, and functionality. Any errors or damages must be reported within 10 calendar days of receipt. If the fault is on our side, we will replace the goods or 100% refund the order.
Warranty Our seeds are produced by swiss producers, collectors and protectors and meet the standards of the “Swiss Seed Book”. They are specially recommended for organic gardening. Drought resisting seeds are tested and produced in the South of France by our partners.
Contract Formation The contract between the customer and Rozela SARL is concluded when the customer places an order online. An automated order confirmation is sent via email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability but acknowledges receipt of the order and contract formation, provided the product can be delivered at the stated price.
Additional Provisions • Data Protection: By accepting these GTC, the customer agrees to our Privacy Policy (GDPR/Swiss DPL). • Juridiction: The legal venue for disputes is CH – Lausanne – Swiss law applies.
